What is GOETTA?
A hallmark cuisine of the Greater Cincinnati (OH) area, GOETTA was first introduced during the 19th century by German immigrants. This unique delicious dish resembles a type of sausage and is composed of ground pork combined with pin-head oats, bay leaves, rosemary, black pepper, cloves, thyme, ginger, mace, coriander, onion, and garlic. Never heard of GOETTA? Well, it’s famous, and warning it’s HABIT forming.

BBQ SAUCE: In 1951, a national award-winning barbecue restaurant was established in the Greater Cincinnati (OH) area and in 2023, the BBQ sauce was voted top 5 in the country by Bon Appetit magazine. Bon Appetit editor Urmila Ramakrishnan perfectly describes this delicious sauce as, “this barbecue sauce strikes the perfect balance of sweet and smoky, with molasses and tamarind bolstering a thick tomato base.”
PASTA & PIZZA SAUCE: Founded in 1954, this pizzeria quickly became a hallmark in the Greater Cincinnati (OH) area. Since their establishment, the restaurant has a 25 percent share of the local market and has one of the highest sales volumes per pizzeria in the nation. Noops is excited to share with you the Original (OG) Pasta Sauce and Pizza (PZ) Sauce types for you to choose from. Try both sauces and good luck deciding which is your favorite!
